Refunds & Cancellation
We want you to pay only for what you use and value. This policy describes how trials, cancellation, and refunds work for Lekhan's paid plans. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Professional and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost from your billing page.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel anytime from Workspace → Business → Billing, or by emailing lekhan@rudraix.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
- After cancellation your account moves to the Free plan; your documents remain yours and exportable.
3. Refunds
Refunds are handled as follows:
- Monthly plans — charges for a started month are non-refundable; cancel to avoid the next charge.
- Annual plans — full refund within 14 days of the initial charge or a renewal. After 14 days, a pro-rata refund for whole unused months when you cancel.
- AI packs — refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused; partially consumed packs are non-refundable.
- Service failure — if a billing error or an extended outage on our side prevented you from using the service, we refund the affected period in full.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking) within 5–7 business days of approval. GST charged on a refunded amount is refunded alongside it, and a credit note is issued against the original invoice.
5. Requesting a refund
Email lekhan@rudraix.com from your account email with the invoice number and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve most requests within 7.
6. Enterprise agreements
Refunds and cancellation for Enterprise contracts are governed by the terms of the signed agreement, which take precedence over this policy.
