Terms of Service

Lekhan is a document creation studio: you can draft, design, export, and deliver documents, and share them with clients through portals. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; if we materially reduce a paid capability, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund under our refund policy.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to hold a paid account.
• Guest sessions are provided for evaluation; work in a guest session may not be retained after the session ends.

You own the documents and assets you create or upload. You grant Lekhan only the limited licence needed to operate the service — storing your content, rendering exports, and serving portals you share. We claim no other rights to it.

You are responsible for your content: you must hold the rights to what you upload (logos, letterheads, signatures) and the documents you deliver to your clients.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive documents — including forged letterheads, stamps, or signatures of parties you do not represent.
• No infringement of others' intellectual property or privacy.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or to access another user's content.
• No reselling or white-labelling Lekhan except under an Enterprise agreement.

Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees, monthly or annually, plus GST at the applicable rate. Prices are shown exclusive of GST. Plan limits (such as AI operations and storage) reset each billing cycle. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime except where an Enterprise SLA applies. Support is provided by email at lekhan@rudraix.com.

You may stop using Lekhan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you may export your documents for 30 days, after which your content is deleted per our privacy policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lekhan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
